Welcome to Earthbound! Below, you’ll find details about our domestic and international shipping policies.

For orders within Australia, I craft each piece with care, so please allow 2-14 business days for production before your order is dispatched. If you’ve purchased a ready-to-ship item, it will be sent within 2–3 business days. We offer two shipping options: standard shipping for $14.95 AUD, which is free on orders over $200 AUD and takes approximately 3–7 business days, and express shipping for $18.95 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking for your convenience.

For my international customers, the same attention to detail applies. Standard international shipping typically takes between 6-27 business days and varies in price according to where you are in in the world. Express international shipping is also available with your express-posted package typically arriving between 7-10 business days. All international orders will be shipped with Australia Post, ensuring reliable service with tracking and package insurance included. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to anticipate potential charges.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as Earthbound cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect. While we take great care to package your items securely, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. In such cases, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
