Thank you so much for choosing one of my handmade items. Each piece is created with care and love, and I truly hope you enjoy your order. Because these items are made to order, I’ve set up a return policy to ensure both your satisfaction and fairness for handmade creations.
Return policy for one of a kind items
Returns or exchanges aren’t accepted for one of a kind pieces or personalised items unless they arrive faulty. We do not accept returns for items that are the wrong size or not as expected. These pieces are released in limited batches, so once purchased, they are no longer available to others.
If you are unsure about your sizing or need some assistance with measuring your body I’d love to help. Just send me an email, message me on socials or watch my youtube video.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and email contact@earthboundstudio.org within 7 days with clear photos of any issues. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Return policy for digital items
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for digital items.
Damaged or faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival, if your item arrives damaged. Please send me an email at contact@earthboundstudio.org within 7 days, including:
- Your order number and receipt
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
The items need to be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags.
A few important details
- Since all my items are handmade, small variations in size, colour, or stitching might happen and are part of their charm. These aren’t considered as defects.
- Shipping costs can’t be refunded.
