FAQ
When will my order arrive?
A detailed description of my shipping policy can be found here.
I would like to buy an item but it is sold out. How can I buy one?
Due to the nature of small batch production, I create only a limited number of each design. This means that once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked, making every piece truly special. I recommend keeping an eye on my socials and web page as I release details of upcoming batches often.
Why do you release in small batches?
I release my collection in small batches to align with my commitment to slow fashion and sustainability. By creating limited quantities, I ensure each item is made with care and attention to detail, using high-quality, 100% natural fibers. This approach also helps minimize waste and maintain the uniqueness of my products
How do you price your items?
My prices reflect the time, effort, and high-quality materials that go into creating each piece. I prioritize ethical production and sustainability, which may come at a higher cost but ensures a product you can cherish for years to come.
My name is too long to write in the embroidery field. Can I still have a personalised piece?
Yes, of course! Please contact me through a method listed on my reach out page to discuss a custom solution for your order.
The reason why I limit the amount of text is that longer text designs may not live up to the aesthetic you are hoping for. I am happy to work this out together with you.
How do I best take care of my embroidery piece?
To keep embroidered clothing looking its best, follow these care tips (also shown on the label):
1. Gentle Washing: Wash in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle to protect the embroidery.
2. Mild Detergent: Use a mild, bleach-free detergent to prevent fading or weakening of threads.
3. Wash Separately: Wash embroidered items with similar fabrics to reduce friction and snagging.
4. Skip Fabric Softener: Avoid fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and dull embroidery details.
5. Air Dry: Air dry to avoid shrinking or fraying.
6. Iron with Care: If ironing is needed, do so on the reverse side with a protective cloth to shield the embroidery from direct heat.
Proper care ensures your embroidered clothing stays vibrant and durable for years to come.
I have placed an order but have not yet recieved confirmation. What can I do?
Please check your spam email folder and if it is not there please contact me ASAP so I can look into this for you.
Can I commission you to make a custom piece?
Thank you so much for your interest in a custom piece! Yes, I am happy to accept commissions. I love bringing unique ideas to life and working closely with you to create something truly special. Feel free to reach out with your vision, and we can discuss the details to ensure the final piece is exactly what you’re looking for.
Where can I find a size chart?
You can find the size charts for all items on my shop here.
How do I compost the package my order arrived in?
The package wrapping is made from home-compostable materials, mainly corn starch and PBAT (a compostable ingredient which bonds the renewable ingredients together).
To compost the mailing bags at home, first remove the extra white strip. Then it’s best to cut them up and place in your compost bin as “brown” materials. These will completely break down within 90-120 days in a home-compostable environment - sometimes even sooner! Additionally if your local rubbish collection service provides you with a green-waste bin you pop them in their!
