I didn't receive my pattern, where can I find it?
Your digital pattern will be sent straight to the email address you used at checkout as soon as your order is complete.
If you don’t see it right away, please check your junk/spam folder. You can also download it from the order confirmation page (just after checkout).
You will receive the files in a .zip format. You will need to right-click and Unzip the files before you can print them.
Still can’t find it? Send me an email to contact@earthboundstudio.org with a small message, your name and order number, and I will send you the files directly (Usually between 9am to 5pm AWST).

How long will it take to receive my order?
My small studio is based in Perth, Western Australia so shipping times vary worldwide. You can find a closer estimate at checkout but I typically see the following times. All orders are shipped with a tracking number ♡
Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand & Pacific Islands: 7–14 business days
Asia: 7–18 business days
North America & Europe: 10–25 business days
Rest of world: 10–30 business days
Custom orders take me roughly 2-5 business days to make.

What is your return / exchange policy?
I have a detailed returns / exchange policy which you can find here.

How should I best care for my towel dress?
My towelling clothes are designed to be soft, comfy, and made to last.
I recommend:
- Using a gentle cold wash
- Washing with a mild detergent
- Not tumble drying
- Line drying out of direct sunlight
- And avoiding bleach and other harsh chemicals, even some fabric softeners can be quite rough!
Natural terry towelling fibres may soften and gently relax with wear, that’s part of their charm ♡
